It is aimed to model the critical infrastructures of Electricity Power Grid and Water Management, to present a working environment in order to research and develop protective and preventive solutions related to the security of critical infrastructures and to contribute to the cyber security ecosystem.

Kritik Altyapılar Ulusal Test Yatağı Merkezi

Elektrik Enerji Şebekesi ve Su Yönetimi kritik altyapılarının modellenmesi, kritik altyapıların güvenliği ile alakalı koruyucu ve önleyici çözümlerin araştırılması ve geliştirilmesi amacıyla bir çalışma ortamının sunulması ve siber güvenlik ekosistemine katkıda bulunulması amaçlanmıştır.

Electricity Power Grid

All phases from the generation to consumption of energy are modeled. For the electricity transmission, distribution and consumption system, transformer center, MV cell and switch panels that allow consumption are used.

Water Management

The drinking water distributed to the city and the wastewater collected from the city were modeled within the domain of Treatment, Promotion and Storage stations.

Cyber Security Operations Center

Detection and alarm systems have been configured against cyber attacks from both end systems and the network.

A Novel Intrusion Detection System for EtherCAT Protocol Used in SCADA Systems

This project aims to uncover vulnerabilities and develop a holistic intrusion detection approach which identifies known and zero-day attacks for Ethernet based real-time EtherCAT protocol, which is widespreadly used in automation applications and has a very high usage speed in the field.
